RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted without question under the following guidelines:

1) Item received is damaged or defective.
2) Item received is different than item ordered.

Returns (Within 7 Days of Receipt)

If there are any problems with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt to contact us and initiate the return process by following these instructions:

* Send us an email at returns@nannidesigns.com to request a return authorization number. Include the receipt number, style number/s and a brief description or photograph with the reason for the return as well as your company and contact information.

* Once we verify this information, we will email you a return shipping label with an RA# for you to ship back the item. Please note: we only issue return shipping labels for returns involving damaged or defected pieces received; or if the item sent was the incorrect style due to our negligence. For all other types of returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

* Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note that the item must be returned in its original condition with its bag and tag intact for us to finalize the return process or a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

* Upon arrival to our office, we will issue a replacement, an exchange or a house credit.

Returns (After 7 Days of Receipt)

If a problem arises with an item after the initial 7 days of receipt, you have a total of 30 days from the purchase date to initiate the return process by following the instructions below:

* Send us an email at returns@nannidesigns.com to request a return authorization number. Include the receipt number, style number/s and a brief description or photograph with the reason for the return as well as your company and contact information.

* Once we approve the reason for the return, we will email you a RA Form containing the RA# that must be clearly placed on the outside of the package being sent back. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping the return back to us. We do not provide return shipping labels past the 7-day policy.

* Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note that the item must be returned in its original condition with its bag and tag intact for us to finalize the return process or a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

* Upon arrival to our office, we will issue a replacement, an exchange or a house credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase date. We do not issue any type of refunds, only replacements, exchanges or house credits are granted for the same or lesser value of the return. House credits are valid for one calendar year and become void past this time frame. Any returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted or acknowledged and may incur a 20% penalty fee. Returns are not guaranteed and Nanni Design reserves the right to refuse any request that does not fall within our guidelines.
