Order Processing

Minimum online order is $250. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days as long as the merchandise is in stock at the time of ordering. Items that are not in stock, will automatically be placed on a backorder and will be processed as soon as they become available. An email with all pertaining backorder details will be submitted separately. If you need your order immediately, please specify this in the special instructions window at check out and we will make our best efforts to fulfill your request; or simply contact us directly at (954)467-0636 to speak with any of our sales team.

Payment Policy

We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / American Express / Paypal. All charges are made at the time of check out and you will be emailed an invoice promptly. Please note that all sales are final.


Shipping method is via UPS and the actual shipping cost is applied at check out depending on the chosen service and total weight of the product. In addition, a flat $5.00 handling fee is applied to all orders that are processed and shipped though our website. Within 24 hours of your order being processed, a shipment notification email is sent to the registered email address containing the tracking information of the package shipped. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box Addresses. If for any reason a package is refused or undeliverable and is returned to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Nanni Design to make alternate arrangements. If no action is taken within 30 days, the funds and product associated to the order will be appropriated.

*International shipping is available, however Nanni Design is not responsible for any tariffs, duties and/or taxes that may be incurred. Please consult the regulations and rules of your own customs agencies and notify us of any special instructions that may pertain to you specifically. Should you decide to refuse any package because of extra custom related fees, we will regrettably deny any requests for refund pertaining to the order shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We value your business and would like to ensure you that we stand 100% behind our product. This means, if you receive anything from us that is damaged or defected, we will replace or exchange the item for another one; or issue a house credit for future purchase. If you receive a different item other than what is stated on your order, we will immediately replace it with the correct style. However, if the item is broken or compromised for any other reason, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return. Please note it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the merchandise upon arrival and contact us immediately since you have 7 days from receipt of delivery to initiate the return process. Please refer to our return policy section for all details and instructions. Furthermore, all sales are final and non-refundable.
